With 15 years designing suspension, wheel & tire systems for mass-produced vehicles, he then spent a decade improving chronic issues. Currently, Soo-Sik is dedicated to reliability evaluation and verification for new technologies, particularly developing Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) systems. His key interests lie in robust design, reliability evaluation using data, and failure prediction (PHM) for automotive systems. He holds a doctorate from SKKU in Rack-based Electric Power Steering Noise and is a Professional Engineer for Automotive Engineering and a Certified Reliability Engineer, demonstrating his expertise in applying data-driven approaches to enhance automotive system performance and reliability.
