Bongani Luthuli is a Director at Bongani Khanyile Ka Luthuli Attorneys Since 2015, Bongani has grown his practice to a Pan African orientated practice with corporate clients in Kenya and other African jurisdictions. He is a conference speaker and a fine orator who enjoys litigation. Bongani is a member of SASLAW and served as a Board Member of the SASLAW Gauteng Chapter and has authored numerous articles in his field. He is a speaker at the international conference called The Legal Show, SASLAW Conference and is a guest legal expert for various tv and radio programs.

Bongani was the attorney that successfully compelled the government and SAHPRA to roll out Ivermectin as a medical intervention for the novel coronavirus.

He is a Board Member of Witkoppen Health Clinic, Ochrio FM and until recently, resigned as a Board Member of Bible League Southern Africa.

Bongani is an external moderator of an institution of higher learning in Johannesburg.
