Vyacheslav Antsiperov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1982. He received his PhD in physics and mathematics in 1986. He is currently a leading researcher at the Kotelnikov Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His research interests include information and communication systems, signal processing and analysis, including image and speech recognition, and biomedical informatics. He has authored over 200 articles.
