Charles-Henri Puaux is the CEO of Pertimm, a French pioneer in artificial intelligence, specializing in semantic search, NLP, and data-driven technologies. A Columbia University graduate, he made a deliberate choice early in his career: rather than rushing into entrepreneurship, he stepped inside large organizations to understand how major companies truly operate from the inside out. That conviction led him to the heart of global finance, with roles at JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs, where he gained a first-hand understanding of how world-class institutions function at scale. His goal was clear from the start: learn first, build later.
A few years on, he turned that vision into reality by founding his own company. The journey led to a defining milestone when the business was successfully acquired by the Deutsche Bank Group, an achievement that marked both an ending and a new beginning. Driven by a continued entrepreneurial vision, he later chose to integrate Allonia into Pertimm, strengthening the company’s capa.
